Neat little hidden gem tucked in Aurora. I needed to buy groceries, but needed to find a Latino market for the right ingredients. I was lucky to stumble upon this place! They have a variety of produce typically found in Latin grocers (tomatoes, avocados, Mexican onions, chiles etc). They also have Mexican sweet bread, locally made tortillas, and a meat shop. In the back they also sell food and it's pretty good! I ordered the tacos and among my favorite were the nopal con queso (cactus with cheese)! Everything is made in house. My favorites were the taco de borrego (lamb), their homemade sauces, and the housemade champurrado (Mexican chocolate corn meal drink). The borrego taco was was amazing! They use homemade fluffy, flour tortilla and the lamb was cooked perfectly! They also sell fresh, homemade tamales! I loved this place but I have to take away 1 star for several reasons. The wait was lengthy even when I ordered an additional taco, the produce isn't the best of quality, and the lady at the register at the front wasn't the nicest. As in didn't say a word to me even after I wished her a happy new year. I'll be coming back for those tacos de borrego and champurrado.
